Job Description

Seeking an experienced Accountant / CPA to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, inventory accounting, and month-end/year-end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Manage AP, AR, GL, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
\n
• Handle month-end and year-end closing.
\n
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
\n
• Manage inventory accounting, COGS analysis, and reconciliations.
\n
• Support audits, 1099 reporting, and U.S. GAAP compliance.
\n
• Use NetSuite for accounting operations and financial reporting.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
\n
• Active CPA license mandatory.
\n
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
\n
• Hands-on NetSuite experience mandatory.
\n
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
\n
• Experience in inventory accounting and financial reporting preferred.
\n
• Must be available to work 100% onsite in Secaucus, NJ.
\n
