We are looking for team members who take pride in their work, can follow detailed cleaning procedures, and can be trusted to provide consistent, high-quality service at client locations.Schedule & AvailabilitySplit-shift availability is required for this position.Our client schedules include early-morning and evening commercial cleaning assignments. Employees may be scheduled to:Begin work as early as 5:00 AMComplete morning cleaning assignmentsHave a break between assignmentsReturn later in the day for evening or late-night cleaning assignmentsBecause client service times vary, applicants must have the flexibility to work a split schedule when assigned.Please apply only if you are comfortable with early-morning and evening work and are able to reliably return for scheduled evening assignments.Specific schedules and client assignments will be provided in advance whenever possible.ResponsibilitiesAs a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for completing assigned commercial and residential cleaning services according to company and client standards.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Perform commercial and residential cleaning servicesSweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areasClean restrooms, kitchens, offices, common areas, and other designated spacesPerform deep cleaning and move-in/move-out cleaning when assignedFollow site-specific cleaning checklists and scopes of workComplete assigned work thoroughly and within the scheduled service timeProperly use company-provided cleaning products, supplies, and equipmentFollow safety procedures and chemical-use instructionsMaintain professional behavior while working at client locationsCommunicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and team membersReport supply shortages, maintenance concerns, property damage, or client issues promptlyFollow client access, security, check-in, and check-out proceduresProperly secure client locations before leavingUse company scheduling, timekeeping, communication, and checklist systemsTravel between assigned client locations as requiredWork independently and as part of a cleaning team when requiredMaintain consistent quality without requiring constant supervisionRequirementsApplicants must:Have reliable transportation to, from, and between assigned client locations throughout our service areaHave a valid driver's licenseHave a reliable smartphone with internet access for scheduling, timekeeping, checklists, and team communicationBe able to reliably report to work for early-morning and evening assignmentsBe comfortable working a split-shift scheduleBe able to lift approximately 2030 poundsBe able to stand, bend, reach, walk, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks for extended periodsBe dependable, punctual, and detail-orientedBe able to follow written cleaning instructions and checklistsBe able to work independently and manage assigned responsibilitiesCommunicate professionally with clients and coworkersPrevious professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
