Sido New York Real Estate is expanding and seeking motivated Licensed Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. This is a chance to work alongside senior brokers on active leasing, investment sales, and owner advisory assignments across New York City.

What You'll Do

• Represent landlords and tenants in office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use leasing assignments
\n
• Support investment sales and owner advisory engagements
\n
• Prepare market surveys, underwriting, financial analysis, and pricing recommendations
\n
• Assist with marketing campaigns, property tours, negotiations, and transaction management
\n
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, tenants, investors, and industry professionals
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Active New York State Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License (required)
\n
• Commercial real estate experience preferred, but not required
\n
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
\n
• Self-motivated with a collaborative, client-first mindset
\n
• Driven to build a long-term career in commercial real estate
