Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Richmond, VA, for a Community Health Outreach Worker. The role involves engaging and educating the community on health-related topics such as HIV prevention, facilitating outreach programs, and providing resources and support to underserved populations. Responsibilities also include conducting health screenings, distributing educational materials, and collaborating with local organizations to promote health equity.
