MUST HAVES:
• 1–3 years of experience in contract administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience maintaining contract repositories and accurate contract records.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems and electronic signature tools.
• Experience with Coupa, CLMA, and DocuSign.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with internal teammates, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
• Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Ability to learn established policies and procedures quickly and work independently with sound judgment.
• Customer-focused approach with an emphasis on responsiveness and professionalism.
• Ability to handle confidential business and contract information with discretion.
• Availability throughout the temporary assignment, including initial training, leave coverage, and transition periods.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent relevant work experience.
