Sales Training Program – Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer

What to Expect

Your journey begins with an immersive one-month virtual classroom experience, where you'll build a strong foundation in reverse mortgage products, sales fundamentals, compliance, systems, and customer conversations. 

After completing the virtual classroom, you'll transition into a comprehensive 12-month development program designed to accelerate your success. You'll participate in weekly skill-building sessions, receive personalized one-on-one coaching from experienced sales leaders, and apply what you've learned through real-world customer interactions.

Our goal isn't simply to help you become licensed or originate your first loan—it's to develop confident, knowledgeable, high-performing mortgage professionals with the skills, coaching, and support to build a rewarding long-term career.

Who we're looking for:

We especially encourage experienced traditional mortgage loan originators to apply. If you understand the lending business and want to serve a growing, underserved market — retirees looking to strategically strengthen their retirement income — we want to talk!

Don't have your NMLS license?No problem. We'll help you obtain and pay for your NMLS license.
