As a Senior UX Researcher, Mixed Methods, you’ll lead research that informs mapping and navigation experiences and helps people understand land access. Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative studies, including interviews, surveys, field research, and usability testing. Analyze behavioral and attitudinal data, synthesize findings into clear recommendations, and share insights with product, design, data, and engineering partners. Champion customer needs throughout product development, identify research opportunities, and help the team build useful, intuitive tools for people exploring the outdoors.
